Perry dropped this bomb in a thread about his chilly
basement:

>I'll wait till I have another pot of gold handy to do >more with the basement. Current committment has to deal >with a diamond - and then a set of rings....and a trip to >Key West (or some such) for a week or two. I guess that >comes first this year. Hope you all understand.

>Perry

I, for one, have been wondering if he was some sort of monk or hermit, living off in the middle of nowhere helping to make sure the nuke plant doesn't blow up,
but it turns out no one is truly safe from cupid's arrow!

I first visited the Wall about 2 months ago, and Perry is
one of the reasons I kept coming back.

Who else will join me in wishing him and his bride to be
the best in their new life together?

    I missed that, Perry- Congratulations!

Do you get to wear the Constantin Von Wentzel Savvy Homeowner Wedding Hat? I think it is your turn :)

    Congratulations Perry!

May the two of you enjoy a lifetime of happy memories together!

As for the hat in question, you'll just have to check in for a Benghali wedding... they're a lot of fun! As for the homeowner hat, I think a dunce cap will do just fine for me! :-P

If we ever have the pleasure of meeting, Perry, Brad, etc. we can go over your super-secret condensing boiler plans while I tell you some water heater product development stories from the Appalachian hills. Some BEvERages should make the whole thing palatable and kickstart the creative juices.

    Good for you

and it looks like you have even calculated the pros and cons. Once an engineer, always an engineer.

I'll get some of that real, no chemicals added, chocolate to you if you get me some shipping info.

    Caught that too

Many happy years to you and your bride Perry!

Is there a lot of cheese served at a Wisconsin wedding and will you have any special varieties that glow in the dark?? ;)

    Congrats!!

Best wishes Perry! As someone asked before, YES all of the Wisconsin weddings I have been to had lots of cheese! We can't get enough of that stuff! Well, Perry, you might have to ask FPL for a raise now if yours likes to spend money like mine does! Ha Ha :)
