Plusses:

1) Low relative pressure drop; heats water rapidly. (Does what it is supposed to! :) It is coupled via a diverting valve to a Monitor MZ-25C by the way.

2) Good materials (316 L stainless steel tank and coil).

Minuses:

1) Initial installation leaked apparently due to British non-tapered threads. Most predominant at the bottom CW inlet connection so I had to take out the entire heater to get to it...

No information given my MPI at the time on compatibility to US pipe standards nor adapters. I re-seated the CW inlet with a lot of pipe dope and knock on wood it is holding. I suppose hemp wick may serve you well.

2) Insulation jacketing is moulded expanded polystyrene, ostensibly for the ability to recycle it. (That is what they told me- not sure why you would want to.) Issue is loose fit and high standby losses compared to a foamed-in-place insulation system. The foam jacket moves in place.

I have data-logged operation at four hour intervals during tank dormancy during which time the tank lost and recharged from about 125 degrees to the 140 degree setpoint. Roughly four degrees per hour loss is a lot to me. The literature states 0.5 degrees per hour but I have not seen that.

3) Pressure rating: MPI states a maximum operating pressure of 100 PSI in some literature, 80 PSI in others, far short of the 150 PSI rating of other tanks.
