in THE MAIN WALL
Wondering if anyone has had problem with fintubes in unit freezing up . Had one freeze up and burst the unit has automatic damper and heater to prevent people from noritz cant figure it out. never lost power thanx john

    coil freeze

    Check the building for depressurization: even with a damper, it can leak enough to freeze under the right conditions. ie: make-up air screen plugged, exhaust systems left running overnite, etc. etc.
