rheemglas fury 100gal leaking from bottom leg.

I have a rheemglas fury 100 gal water heater thats leaking out from around the bottom leg and my building as no hot water. It was bought in 6/2004 by the previous owner.

I'm a little lost on what to do. I am the manager/owner of the apt building and need to get it fixed asap due to complaining tenants. I called a plumber in the phone book and i'm currently waiting for him to show up. Should i have called the company? Does the warranty transfer to me after i bought the building? Am I going to need a new water heater? is this gonna take more than a day? i live in los angeles. Any and all advice welcomed!!!!
