air vent spits water since install of new boiler

Hello,
Since my new boiler was installed (same size and company as old boiler) one of my radiators (not all) spits a lot of dirty water out of the air vent making a mess. Besides the new boiler nothing else has changed. It is spitting out of the air hole on the vent not the threads. I have tried:

1) changing the air vent but still the same problem.
2) increasing the pitch of the radiator (although pitch wasn't a problem prior to install of new boiler)

I have 3 radiators in my apartment and this is the only one that does it. It also takes the longest to heat up. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Gregg

    Dirty Water

Assuming the boiler was piped under manufacturs printed recommandation. The boiler water needs to be flushed a skimmed . Always after every instalation....
