OHW monoflow heat some cold pipes, but not frozen...???

My OHW monoflow heat system has good heat on most branches, but one branch is cold. Old screw type inline valves on returns feel funky but then delivered heat to cold section. Lasted ten days, now its cold again?? I know I need to drain system to fix but its below zero so I must wait until Summer. Any ideas?
