cast iron rads
Anyone know where I can buy standing cast iron rads for a one pipe steam system? I'm located in the midwest.0 -
which one, what size?
I have some in various sizes, I go to Des Monies to watch my beloved Wolves hockey kick the Iowa Stars' butts......0 -
Heat loss of the room is about 8,000 BTU/hr. I am replacing a 6' piece of baseboard. Was hoping for something 38" tall and between 8" and 10" deep.0 -
8.0 MBH
Runs 33.3 SF EDR.
A typical 38" High 3-column in the depth range you are talking about runs about 5.0 EDR per section. A large-tube type with 5 tubes per section will also run about 5.0 EDR per section. A 7-section if you can find an odd one would work but you may have to settle for an 8-section. That will run about 20 inches long, FYI at 2.5 inches per section."If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"
