Does any one know if there are any manufacturers out there who make a trv for two pipe steam? I have used Danfoss in the past but only on one pipe.
We are bidding on a steam replacement for a 44 unit building and the tenants want to know about individual zoning of rads.

Sure!
Danfoss also makes feed-stop style feed valves. You'll have to remove the existing angle stop or feed valve.
Location (bottom, middle or top) mount will be critical but, since it is probably top fed, a simple R&R might make the job "cake."0
