Does anyone out there have any info on these little devils. Can't find any paperwork on site nor anything on the Web. I have a little 3 section with a Carlin 99FRD burner giving me fits....would love to have installation manuals, specs, etc. Any ideas??

It doesn't appear in the Carlin OEM Specs
but they still might have something on it. Call Carlin at 800-989-2275 and ask for their tech department.
If you strike out there, the burner was probably retrofitted. What kind of "fits" are you having with it? What type of boiler is it (pin, 3-pass, steel etc)?

Just one of those calls that keeps you humble. First it was ignition problems...found the retaining clip behind the bulkhead nut broken so the electrodes would roll to one side and lose contact with the transformer. Then the solonoid died, then poor light off, then....and its in a low crawl space and I'm 6-5 275....geezzzzzz.
Finally have it running with good numbers but have odor on ignition. Would just love to have set up numbers and have a place to start with setup. Of course, I don't do burner service anymore and am just trying to help out a retired friend....isn't that always the way ???????0
