steam heat

    we have a one pipe steam heating system in a apartment building. the pipeing is approved by burnham. but we cannot get no pressure at all. and sometimes the water will be at the proper level then all the sudden the water will get sucked right out of the boiler in a second. i clean the boiler often.it does help the water from leaving the boiler but no pressure.'all check valves are ok'.it seems as it calls for water more often than our other boilers.'wet steam'...
