If the Boom is heard at the end of the cycle when the blower shuts off, its probably your supply or return ductwork being buckled in by the suction of your blower unbuckling when the negative pressure eases. You should also hear a boom when the blower starts if that is the case.
Look for a clogged filter and stiffen the ductwork with some s-cleat.
