Too Much Rhomaar

New install of Peerless Steam, Series 63--installer by own admission put too much Rhomar "Treatment" liquid in boiler. It is negatively affecting steam generation and distribution--not to mention smelling my entire house up. Any advise on how to clean this out? Installer says it is my problem now.
Any help appreciated.

Call George at Rhomar
Not sure about the dosage and effect but if there is an antidote beyond flushing and a way to measure the remaining concentration, George would know.
Your installer is a pill, IMHO, for leaving you like that.0 -
The smell tends to linger
and is harder to get rid of than the strong mix. I know it takes a few washes to get that smell out of my hands at the end of the day:) You can flush the product out easily.
Maybe put some peppermint in the systems, most drug stores have liquid mint extract. A little goes a long way

I've used plenty of water treatments
but the point of putting it in a new or oily boiler is to get rid of it and the impurties! It can be a useful final step, but gosh everything in moderation.
You could take advantage of the overdose but it really should be done by your tech. I'll tell you what I do, but getting your tech to do it may be unlikely.
Pipe the skim port of the boiler into a valve and to a drain. Crack the valve open and allow the boiler to steam, dumping the turbulent surface impurites held there by the Rhomar into the drain. Allow the water feeder to replenish. An hour is usually pretty good. You'll see the water level stabilize after awhile. Shut it off and then skim for awhile longer. Close valve, and blow down the excess water from the bottom and you should be good to go.Terry T

Rhomar
Much thanks for the responses. I will attempt to skim the boiler as discussed above.0 -

Why not, I understand there is a tire company that now has tires that have certain enjoyable essences. Heres a link for the tires...http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/11/business/yourmoney/11goods.html?ex=1328850000&en=61b4aeb2ab3dfd3a&ei=5090&partner=rssuserland&emc=rss
