Electric boilers and low temp

I'm getting requests for electric radiant and I was wondering how electric boilers like low temp return water. Will this be a problem or should I protect it.
The current rate in Hood River OR is about 4.6 cents so I'm have trouble showing any savings with NG.

So long as it
is installed in a non-condensing environment (meaning not in a dripping humid basement where the circulating water temperature might be below dewpoint) I do not see a problem. Key is to keep sensible moisture out of the electronics. With water room temperature and above, I do not see a problem. Electric water heaters, remember, take 40 degree water without complaint."If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"

One point to keep in mind with most electric boilers
is a flow switch to trip on the elements. They need flow before you start kicking on elements.
Tank type water hesaters with low or medium density wattage elements are not a problem, flow wise, however.
