Why t'stats?

We asked our equipment supplier to quote a package based on specs that called out panel radiators throughout, all equipped with TRVs.
Plant is a mod-con, LP fired.
Why would the supplier include thermostats in the quote? Two floors are being heated, three to four rooms each floor.

High Limit
Constant circ? You have to have a high limit controller to bring on the circ, i.e. T'stat set high, TRV's regulate flow to TU's.

you will need an outdoor stat as well0 -
supplier ?
maybe the supplier doesn't fully understand this type of system?
you should ask them why?0 -
\"Comes With\"
Many panel radiators (Myson, Buderus for example) have integral TRV's. Short money going in and the hookup is easy. I see it as a bonus. Might the supplier mean Thermostatic Heads? Or maybe remote 24V thermostats which will go with the integral valves?"If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"

Are they including one "thermostat" per panel? If so, they're surely talking about the thermostatic operators for the TRV valve bodies.0
