I've been asked to heat a melangeur

this 80 year old machine will be used to crush coca beans for choclate making. Loks like it had steam connected to a finned copper coil. I hope to be able to heat it with hot water. Currently the plumber has it connected to a small water heater, with not much heat output.

It weighs about 6k mostly granite wheels and bed. Trying to get some sort bof load calc. basically need to raise from about 68 F room temperature to that 85 number. Any ideas.
