Hello Looking for some Ideas on how to cure some short cycling issues on 5 600k btu peerless boilers in a hotel only operating control is the aquastat in the boiler, http://waterheating.ruud.com/Documents/ResourceLibrary/GeneralReference/rr118.pdf if you look there on page 20 that there is pretty much the exact piping of the domestic water setup with one drastic difference instead of the water heater they piped tankless coils in all 5 boilers in parrallel it takes very little domestic draw for one and sometimes more than one boiler to come on for a very short time.
There are 2 other things being done by the boilers they also have a 2nd tankless coil in the rear of each one for a water source heat pump loop and last a plate and frame heat exchanger for a decent sized pool and spa load all 5 in parrallel for the pool also. Can figure out ways to stage the pool and water source loops no problem the domestic has me a little baffled and thats the main cause of short cycling as far as I can see. Any ideas ?

hire siegenthaler to redesign your system..it would probably save you tons of money if you did..that is what his company does.
