Thank you for the English lesson. Do you any practical advice for the question I have stated or are you going to pop up and give me more free lessons as and when you feel I need them.

    it's wide open

    The possibilities are almost endless.

John Siegenthaler's book gives an excellent thorough explanation of how things are done here now.

I have seen on many installation's that installer's fit the spirovent. Now does this come with some kind of universal fitting so it can be fit to all installation type's. Or does the installer plan ahead, so if they are installing some thing like this they will adjust the pipe work accordingly ?

Or if an installtion is existing and some one want's to upgrade the system by installing a spirovent will consideration have to be made for the type of pipework used ?

    Spirovent

Generally the Spirovent is threaded NPT and can be adapted to the pipe type used.

Is the fitting on the spirovent 3/4 internal tapered thread ? And do you find this the most useful for connecting to heating pipework.

    Thanks

    pipe's or i mean pipes

pipe sizes--- 1/4 " to 20 " , elbows ,tees & valves are your most popular fittings , sometimes ecccentric couplings ---now you are all set. don't worry about the apostrophes---- we don't even know what they are
