The setting that you are setting in the VISION area is adjusting the parameter only, limiting how high the actual setpoint can be set. You need to press the S3 button and set the actual operating temperature.

199m Munchkin

Our company just purchadsed a 199M muchkin boiler for use in a system that we are manufacturing for a customers Ethanol plant. This boiler is not being used in your a normal hydronic heating aplication.
The reason we purcahsed it for our aplication is its ability to modulate its firing rate, monitor its return tremperature and give a constant output temperature.

The problem we currently have is that we cannot seem to adjust the programing to give us a max output of 200F. The suplier we have been dealing with, and the manuals say it can be programed up to 203F. We have punched in the code shown in the Vision brochure the supplier gave to us. This code allows the installer to adjust various paramenters. However, when in programing mode it will not let us adjust the ch parameter past the 180F setpoint. Can anyone tell us what we are doing wrong?

make sure you program it...

with NO calls for heat.

If you attempt to change any programs whilst its receivng a call for heat, it does not get entered into the onboard computer...

new control boards can only be set as high as 180*
change the board to a slightly older version and you should be able to set temp to 200*
ch is the differential and c is set point temp.
