More numbers to toss out...ideas?

Soooo..

My O2 is 9.4, and my manifold pressure is 3.47 WC (calls for 3.5). Inlet gas press is 7.1 WC, right in the middle. Draft is at 0.00WC. I do appear to be lined all the way up in 6", I'll get up there today and check. Boiler pulls all the air it wants from the 'black hole' area of the crawl space beyond the basement area where I took off the door to give it air, but no breeze or draft comes through there. Boier room is also open to the rest of the basement (no door to that room.) I also have a rough start up...4-500PPM CO that drops back down to 9. Possible needs a barometric rather than the draft hood? I have not tested above the draft hood yet, just below it. Ideas?
