Yup
It is a grounding problem and for the life of me I can't remember what the fix was. GRRRRRRRRRR!
If Joannie doesn't jump in here, I will ask my former T/L rep what the fix was.(He lost the line to another rep agency. Hehehe. T/L will regret that move!)
Wish I could be more help.

On the vent damper take the A postand place it on B I just had one new system go down. Vent damper blew the fuse every once in a while. Just to be sure check the vent damper booklet to make sure I gave you the right terminal.

Hi, Kevin.
Let me know where you are, and I'll hook you up with a service manager.
The issue Mark mentioned with the grounding was a long time ago, so unless this unit was in stock for a long time before you installed it, I don't think that is what is going on. We haven't seen that for years, after we fixed it.
If it was the load, you would have seen this initially, and it doesn't look like you have too much on our transformer.
Let me know where you are, and give me a phone number where you can be contacted. You can email me, instead of posting a phone number. The address is as shown, but change the "atlaars.com" to "@laars.com".
