wrapping the OA duct with foil-faced fiberglass insulation and sealing the vapor barrier. Rocky is right- something is going to sweat and you found it!

Yes, several in fact
Have one right now on a Buderus 115-21 with the balanced flue application. The condensate is running right down the inside wall of the boiler room from the cold outer shell of the venting kit. Don't really know how to get away from it. Twenty below air and a 75 degree boiler room...well...somethings gonna sweat.0
