in THE MAIN WALL
Dan, I have replace five steam radiators. Replace the auto feed to my water system clean out the pigtail, closed some valves in other rooms and left the others open and I still have a extremely high gas bills and and my bedroom is frezzing. I have replaced the air vents, repitched the radiators, insulated the upstairs and got new windows what can I do or what am I doing wrong? I have a one pipe steam system. My home was built in 1932 or so.

    Where are you located?

    Have you tried Find a Professional? This one sounds like it needs some on-the-job attention.
