Short Cycling Steam Boiler: Please Help!

Hello! I live in Brookline, MA. I'm seeking a steam heat specialist in my area who can help solve a problem with my boiler short cycling. I own a three-story single family home. We replaced the boiler a few years ago. A few months after the installation, it began short cycling -- on/off/on/off every 20 seconds or so, only at certain points of the heating cycle. The original installer was not able to fix it, and I haven't known what to do about it since then. Seems like the sort of thing that requires a real steam heat expert. Can you help? Or can you suggest someone I could talk to in the Boston area? THANKS!!
