Dunkirk PWX-5ENT2 boiler won't light, lp is full. What next

My boiler has been sitting idle for two years. I hooked the lp gas back up this evening, filled the boiler and lines and turned the unit on. The unit powered up, the pump is running, boiler has 26 psi, the electric ignition clicked on twice without the boiler lighting, no propane odor was detected. What is the trouble shooting procedure?

Couple of thoughts
Make sure that the LP gas ling is perged to the boiler. You may also have to clean the pilot burner orifice. Also try and see what the manifold pressure is, even though your not firing, but set it at 10"wc. Also get your boiler pressure down to 12 psi... 26 is excessive.0
