I can't tell....
The picture is so spread out that the best I can say is....Close, but no cigar. Chris0 -
dose the flue pipe go into the the same outlet as the combustion air for the burner?
no ball valves on the main after or before the spirovent?
looks like primary/sec piping I'm no pro but I'm sure there has to be a bypass somewhere since you have a zone controller there's more then one zone
for 2 zones how big are each loop and where is the manifold for all the loops
i would have done it all completely different pri/sec yes but not like that.
that aquastat would have went in the garbage like mine did when i got it. i would not have high limit on a completely low temp system
and id put on a 2107 with room sensor and a mixing station i wont go into the whole thing but it looks like the book your reading is missing a few pages
and if you have dhw them tie-wraps wont hold the bx up0 -
I'm getting the hang of this
photo stuff, I hope.
Here goes.

I Like it
Looks good. Look like one high temp zone, two low temp zones? Nice to see the Carlin "EZ" burner starting to show up more.
About the only thing I would add is I like the Webstone "Isolators" on both sodes of ALL pumps. I like the ones with the drain valves on the system side.
You should have a happy customer.0 -
PIPING
Actually this piping arrangement is quite common in my area. It has a primary loop that everything is piped off of, including the domestic water heater.
Low temp. is achieved via the taco mixing valves. This is what we refer to as an economical way to give the homeowner radiant heat. Most of our customers can hardly afford hydronic heat, let alone tekmar type controls.0
