Here's a picture of the blower part that caused the problems, or maybe is the symptom of the problem.

Bummer...
David, the other thread was getting too confused and cross talked. I do feel sorry for you and your family. Sorry the Grinch stole your hot water:-)
I'm sure you're a caring individual business man, but even you must admit that there are times when your hands are tied and there isn't anything you can do about it. I know I have been in that position many times, and it leaves a bad feeling and taste in everyones mouth.
I guess it is your perrogative to come on to a new bulletin board and bad mouth a company based on your experience. SO be it. As you may have realized, the people who hang here are really more like a community, or family. We don't take well to outsiders coming in and denegrating our bretheren, right wrong or indifferent.
We are generaly pretty open minded, forth right and very helpful. We help people without asking for as much as a penny in return, and we do it for the good will as much as anything.
Trust me when I tell you that HTP is a stand up company. I've met people from the President of the company all the way down to the last shipping clerk, and everyone inbetween, and these people are the salt of the Earth.
It's real unfortunate that you got caught in a long weekend bind. Maybe you could super glue the blower pieces together just to get a hot shower. Can't really do any damage at this point...
THe best to you and yours, and sorry for the irritation.

David. it must have been a hefty concern for you
as it isn't your balliwick, when it gets severely cold when some of the more closely matched boilers are doing everything they can to make up for a slightly different outdoor temp than there system was designed for i have often said well, you have a choice, stay as warm as you can or take to using the hot water and drive the place down even colder. if you choose the later of the two options then the place may freeze altogether because once the heat goes down the drain its Gone. about the only solution of a temporary nature is to heat water on the electric stove for a bath( which is likely already in use to supplement the heating discrepancies.)

Munchkin Blower, Chuck & Rich
I just wanted to post a quick message letting everybody know that Chuck did go out of his way to get me a blower for my 199M. He did bend over backwards, I picked up the blower from Rich at Summit Plumbing and I really appreciate the help of both these guys. The heat is back on and the radiators are warm again, and the wife seems happier! I can't believe the damn thing picked 9PM on Christmas Eve to die. Thanks for everybody's help & input!0
