Noise after installing new Boiler

This time I've posted pictures of my new Boiler install. My situation is that after the Burnham V84 was installed, there has been some changes:
1) bathroom rad doesn't heat at all (it's right above boiler)
2) 2 radiators (the tubular ones)have some water spitting out.
3)most radiators in house (mid size ranch) are convectors.
4) one bedroom convector radiator has a lot of noise.
5) noise happens a few minutes after cycle begins.
6) I checked b/r rad. and see that the valve is badly corroded. (the wall even has some water damage next to it).
7) I have insulated pipes 2" fiberglass(can I insulate pipes around boiler?).
8) I read Dan's book (we got steam heat), and I'm concerned that I don't see vents on the mains. I insulated pipes and saw nothing that looked like a vent. (want to take one thing at a time though - $ purposes)
9) for now the house is warm but -
Questions: I'll try to change vents myself; if not, maybe call the contractor back after heating season?
10) oh, the water in the glass is now clear - before it was very dirty.
11) I will pitch one radiator (tubular) that spits; the other would be very difficult.
12) after heating season, I was thinking of call him back to check things out but wanted some advice first.

I appreciate all the support and feedback from the pros on the WALL.
