is do a modified primary/secondary loop using another zone valve. Run a short loop out from the new zone valve and run this to the return on the boiler....in this loop put in two tees. off the supply pipe in your mixing valve. Of the out let sid add in the circ.. To wire it you use a simple circ. relay(taco sr501)wire your t-stat to that and the end switch gets wired to the zone valve control tstat location...let me see if I can draw and post a pict...kpc

Adding radiant system to existing boiler
I'm in the process of adding a low temperature radiant system to an existing 2-zone valve (one circulator) high temp boiler system with mixing valve feedback.
What is the perfered method for doing this. Do I just add another mixing valve to the output of the existing circulator with another circulator after that.
I have extra zones on the existing control system but since the existing control system only controls one circulator I would have to always run both circulators even when only one of the systems request heat. Would this be OK? I can send pictures of existing system if that would help.
Thanks,
Jacob

Why not try some radiant specific controls and piping scenarios.

A picture would be great
I do have extra zones left on my primary controller so I might not need another relay?0 -
Could you make a picture for me kevin? I think I know what you mean but I want to make sure.
