Wall Panel Radiators

Doing a home conversion from electric to oil fired.
Using the Buderus G115 with the Logamatic controller with outdoor rest and indoor sensor.
Three floors: lower baseboard, second radiant with Joist Trak, third????
Was planning on doing baseboard on third but wondering about radiant panels, Myson (Runtal) vs home made.
Master bedroom is 20x17 with 15K loss. Second Br with 4K, loft with 5K, bath with 1K.
This is a retrofit but I could build out the walls a bit for doing tubing and extruded plates. Lots of kneewalls so thinking about wood strips, plates, tubes in plates, sheetrock the whole thing. How to determine how large a section needed for master bedroom let's say?
The Runtal wall panels look attractive but pricey. How do you determine BTUs if lowering the water temp to say 140F and then how to calculate what to get?

Try
Buderus or DiaNorm wall panel radiators...they're very cost effective. All radiators come with sizing charts to determine the Delta T.
BTW, don't mix the baseboard and WPRads on the same piping loop.

Mixing BB and RP
In a given space for any emitter to perform, each should have the same heating profile or output per water temperature unit. Similarly they should have, as closely as possible, the same thermal and physical mass. Cast iron with cast iron, fin-tube with fin-tube.
The combining if fin-tube with cast iron, or rather the edict not to, is commonly known. Simply the thermal mass of the cast iron will radiate long after the fin tube has assumed room temperature. Separate rooms with fin tube will be noticeably much cooler than cast iron when all are on the same zone. Fin tube generally requires hotter water when at the lower re-set temperatures.
This of course can be compensated for using TRV's and constant circulation. The water temperature would need to be higher for the FTR unless generously sized, and the CI radiator TRV's would throttle back.
The concept of baseboard (fin-tube) and radiant panels, your core question, is "similar but different". Radiant panels are just that, radiant. Baseboard is convective. Radiant panels warm you differently and you may, at lower supply water temperatures, not feel as warmly with fin-tube baseboard. Radiant heat is much more forgiving physiologically than convective. Also the Fin-Tube would dictate your minimum water temperature or it would require it's own priority zoning.0
