Vitodens 200

Hi,

I have a Viessmann Vitodens 200 installed since 2000 now, without any problem.

A few days ago I got up at 04:00 AM and noticed that on the remote the icons were missing (moon) and the boiler temp was at 23° instead of the expected 40° - 50°.
The system is set up to have normal temperature between 05:00 AM and 11:00 PM (21°) and a reduced temperature of 18°.
Because of this the night temperature drops below 18°.
Does anyone have a idea why this is?

There's also a hot water boiler attached (vitocell xxx) with a priority system.
I have noticed during the day when we consume a lot of hot water the remote has the same behaviour (no star on the display)n but this is normal because the boiler is giving priority to heat the hot water supply...

I have no idea why this would happen in the middle of the night (the shedule for this hot water boiler is the same as for the central heating)....

Any ideas someone????

Thanks
