EDR Calculations

I'm in the final planning phases of my boiler repiping project.
I also want to rip out the electric strip heaters that were installed, by previous owner, in the master bedroom and 2nd floor bath and replace with radiators once again.
After reading Lost Art of Steam Heating I calculated (I think) the total EDR of my system.
My calculations show that I have 35078.80 BTU/Hr more capacity!
I've located a couple of radiators that should fit nicely.
Could someone be so kind as to review what I have to see if I'm on the right track?
Thanks for all the help.
