IN relationship to what you've said, where is the pump located?

Also, did he use some sort of air seperator/scoop?

Is the pressure staing steady? Is the relief valve showing any signs of leakage?

    THREE ZONES YOU NEED THREE RETURNS CONNECTED TO A COMMON PROPERLY SIZED RETURN HEADER WITH PURGING PROVISIONS FOR EACH ZONE.
