Radiant Baseboard with Standard Water Heater?

Hello
I'd like to know if you've any info on how to make baseboard heaters work off my existing hot water system?
I have a 1K sq ft house, and there's gas heat in all the public areas but none in the bedrooms. Which leaves me with only 2 10X10 rooms I'd like to heat, so i'd prefer not to have 2 seperate systems.
Thanks,
Jake
