Here's the whole story!

The boiler (only one) that you have seen for sale on e-bay by the mentioned distributor is one that was either a scratch and dent special or has been sitting around for quite some time. Judging by the McDonnell-Miller LWCO I would suspect more of the latter. I has been reappearing on E-Bay for several months.
