90 gallon water heater!
why so big? Is that just for the floor heat? If so 50 gallons should do the trick...make sure the system is good and clean before adding in the glycol...it will add to its life....kpc

I've never heard of
a 90 gallon water heater. What brand?
Add up the volume of the tank, tube, and related piping including the oversized expansion tank you will need for glycolled systems of that capacity.
I use 35% for the glycol mix. It varies a little from brand to brand. Some brands do not require premix, just add from the bucket. Check the label on the brands you are considering. Burst protection is the number to be c concerned with.
