Wondering....

...I am wondering if such an item exists.

What I am hoping one would have, or maybe even Dan would like to create, is a list (or booklet) of Manufacturers in our Industry and their employees with field of responsibilities, so one would have a way to easily access information on the Manufacturers Web Sites, Field of Work and list of employees that one could reach should something come up.

If this sounds to be a silly idea, then please ignore it. I know of who to get a hold of when it comes to some manufacturers, should I need to, but I certainly don't have close to all.

If something like this exists already, then hopefully one would share with me/us where to get it from. If it doesn't, Dan, is this something you would like to do one day? You have a great relationship with a lot of manufacturers and once some sign up, I bet you that more would be willing to make this information available to you.


Is this crazy? Or does someone else think this may be a good idea. It sure cuts down the time we spend looking for that information.

I too know who to call for certian things, but would love to know, when needed how to get in touch with many others. Frequently I will call a company who I know sells our products, and the product I am intersted and make calls up the chain of command.
