Replacement Radiator Vents
I need to replace 2 old radiator vents that up until recently worked fine so I'm trying to find the modern day equivalent of the Dole No. 1933 and the American Radiator Company No. 500. Any ideas?0 -
The Hoffman 1A is very common and should work for any steam radiator. Go to google and type Hoffman 1A and then click on the Patriot-supply.com link. You will see a picture of the vent.0 -
Gorton equivalent?
Thanks. Any idea what the Gorton equivalent is?0 -
A Gorton C is about the same as a wide open 1A; Gorton doesn't make adjustable vents.0 -
No idea. Perhaps Gerry Gill or Steamhead have an idea on this?0
