Blocked radiator

Hi, sorry for my ignorance. And thanks for any advice I may get. I appear to have a blocked radiator, which when I open the air bleed will fill from both the outlet and inlet pipes respectively. I do not understand how this can be possible and yet not have any flow when the bleed is closed. This is an old radiator, not at the end of the system and there appear to be no other problems in the sytem. Any ideas welcomed?

blockage
steel convectors on hot water monoflow systems are notorious for jamming up with mud. show a photo0 -
Thanks, not able to post a pic right now. Old radiator on feed and return system, not single pipe loop.
Would appear to fill from both ends when bleed opened into a bucket and fills with hot water from outlet if valve shut and when valve open then fills from inlet when bleed opened.
Have emptied several buckets of water but no joy. There is no lockshield valve fitted.0 -
final test
