Squeeky Taco Pump...any suggestions??

My newly commissioned system (1 month old), uses a Taco 006-BT4 pump, variable speed driven by Tekmar control, to make up supply temperature for my radiant areas. The Tekmar is running in reset mode, which I've now dialed in quite well. My problem is the pump squeaks when it's running at slow speeds. (below 15% I guess) Luckily, can't hear it above the basement, but it really annoys me. Any suggestions on solving this? Is this common? I suppose I could replace the pump, or cartridge (I have another new one purchased as a spare) All suggestions will be appreciated

    Taco IFC pump?

    Hi Brian
Thank you, for using Taco products. The noise resonating from the pump could be from an IFC (integral flow check). When the pump rpm’s ramp down the flow might not be enough to hold the check valve open causing the valve to bounce on the seat, and cause a squeak, chatter, or chirping noise.

    It's not IFC pump

Joe, thanks for the suggestion, but the pump is not IFC. I used thermal traps & a swing check on the injection return. This is just one of those annoying things, that tend to bug me. As a temporary fix, I closed down the balance valve on the injection return to force the injection pump to work a bit harder to satisfy the demand. This causes the Tekmar control keep the injection pump speed higher, and the squeak disapears. As there are no seals in the pump I can't blame it on seal noise. Maybe bearing noise??? I pusted my question thinking maybe somebody else has experienced this, but it seems I'm alone on this one.
