Reuseing old NG pipe

Any real problems with re-using old NG pipes? I am talking about threaded steel in good condition, not all that old, maybe 15 years or so. I can't think of a good reason not to re-use it myself.

I do it
all the time. It has gotten as expensive as copper lately. I cut it off and re-thread it and make sure it isn't bent and is clean on the inside. Codes say OK to re-use gas pipe for gas but not other uses.0
