the themal couple is fine...we have a pilot....elctricals seem fine...thermostat is operational...what else could it be?
Since the boiler was not in service for a year, could there be a condensation issue or a piece of dirt in the control valve?
Any thoughts?

When you say thermostat is operational, does that mean that you have 24 volts at the gas valve, but the vale is just not opening?
Is there a door switch that is open?

where is the door switch on the door...do you mean the front
door panel?0 -
Yes,.. Im assuming you have a warm air system, and the metal covers that cover the burner and the blower often have switches that are pushed in when the covers are in place. When you remove the covers, the switches cut out and kill power to the unit. As a safety feature.
Check the area around the edges of the covers and see if you cant find any little black switches. make sure they are passing power when pressed in.
