Boiler over fills

I assume you used a mechanical fill device, one that activates as soon as the low water cut off drops out? IF so, you have two choices...wire in a time delay relay, or remove the feeder and install an electronic unit, like a Hydrolevel VXT feeder, that has built in time delay and quantity of feed devices. This will allow feeder to delay for a set time to allow condensate to get back in the boiler.

Boiler Overfills
I have a stem boilers with a indirect water heater for hot water radiant heat. Just recently installed was a automatic water feeder. System works great, however when the hartford loop dumps into the boiler after the auto feeder pumps water into the boiler, it gets overfilled. what do i do with the wet return and the water feeder so that they can work with each other and not against each other causing the boiler to get flooded.0
