Intermittent flame out

I have a Weil McLain CGI propane boiler, supplying heat to radiant in-floor circuits. Lately I have noticed that while the boiler is active, the flame will go out for no apparent reason. After the purge cycle, it is restarted. The boiler is nowhere near the hi temp limit, pressure is normal. The fact that is starts right back up would seem to indicate that the controls are OK. I get heat, but the constant cycling of the gas valve can't be good.
I just got a new fuel delivery, and I think that it has only been happening since then. Could this be bad fuel?
Any ideas ?
