Digital melt down AKA Graphical PID picture (ME)

Mike, it was doing space heating, and suddenly switched to DHW, for about 30 seconds, then went back to space heating but shut the burner off, then started it back up and was fine.

Funny thing is that the DHW is set for 140 with a 5 degree differential, and it doesn't look like the DHW actually got to that point anywhere on the graph. The burner short cycled 3 times in about 15 seconds, but the fan didn't go through its usual pre/post purge cycles.

Just one of them there thangs that'll make you go HMmmmm...

Funny what appliances do when they think you're not watching...

This one obviously didn't realize I was data logging it :-)

This is my home boiler by the way.

    Seems clear to me....

It is clearly suggesting that there should be an other Denver Wetstock! I had to read between the lines a little bit.

Looks to me like you were getting space heating during a DHW call. From the circulator operation it [appears] you have DHW priority as the DHW circulator was on but the SH circulator off. Perhaps the space heating return temp fell fast and far enough that some sort of "freeze protection" sub-system kicked in?
