just make sure the loop seal is at least 3 feet deep. I'd also add a drain for flushing it out if needed.

Need to add 9 feet of cast iron baseboard to one pipe steam syst
I drew a picture of what I want to do. I am pretty sure I saw in the laosh that you could do this but I can't find it anywhere. I wanr to drop the return line down below the main and then loop up and create a trap and then tie the return into the bottom of the supply. Seems like it would work. Has anyone ever done this? Do you think this will work?
