instantaneous hot water

wife just saw this old house and want instantaneous hw have electric .I have a house 2 full bathrooms but no fancy whirlpool have not heard many good things about them except they only run on demand .I want to put in 40 gal direct vent nat gas in .I will be working on it,have not work on newer syle instaneous units yet.let me know .i also have well water not sure how tankless will hold up. thanks .has the cold spell hit it is arriving in new york thusday and friday.

They work great and can produce a lot of hot water. I have had some problems with low water pressure and the unit dropping out in the middle of a long draw for just that reason. You should have a min 40 PSI at all times. Units are different so make sure and check performance specs before you by.0
