munchkin problem

I have munchkin vwh that was not working. There was no fault code displayed. Water temp was below setpoint and diffrential and unit is not doing anything. Unit is set for 130deg with 8 deg differential and display was reading 110 deg. I shut unit off and turned on and blower purged and then still didnt try to fire up. I turned off for 10 min and truned on and then it fired up and ran.

I did notice on this unit when you press s3/program to adjust temp set point it says sh30 before you get dd. The other 2 units I have do not do this.

Any ideas? I have a call into HTproducts.
