in THE MAIN WALL
i am having trouble properly setting the adjustment knob on each of my steam radiators. the conditions are that there are two floors, three radiators on each floor.
the first floor barely gets warm, while the second floor is very hot. how would i adjust the setting on the temp controls?( the settings are closed,1/8,1/4,1/2,3/4, and full open)

    hi guys i need help with a radiator that will not heat if i disconnect it the steam comes out the valve then i tip the radiator up and drained some water out if it then i hooked it back up and still no heat and the pipe gets cold as if the steam stop coming up this is a one pipe systemand i need help thanks in advace

    there is not a lot of steam goming out of the pipe when i disconnect it. it just drifts out with no pressure is ok
