Just yesterday my buddy got a service call for a small commerical building that has 5 munchkins which he installed about 2 1/2 years ago .The building owner stated that some of the boilers where not working and asked if he could come service then not to blame anyone he went there reset them but could not get 4 of theto establise pilot at which point he gave me a call and i stopped by being a oil service guy the first thing i did was check for fuel by cracking a union which lead us to find all the gas meters except one locked by the gas company from failure of the last tenents to pay there bill .My buddy was there for about 2 1/2 trying to figure out what was up now the building owner doesn't want to pay anything because there was nothing wrong with the units in the first place also after 2 1/2 years the owner never has let any body back to check the systems or to any yearly maintance .I believe this guy should be charged and billed am i wrong should all the checking out and other maintance my buddy do go by un paided ? i would have lost this guys number long ago he was a super slow payer i was told in the first place and owed other monies that still have not been paid am i wrong thanks clammy peace
