This boiler comes with a primary loop so you can make the secondary loops the right flow rates. look at the web site for the install books on this. It has to be piped per buderus. If you will be installing a GB142 I would recomend the class they offer on this boiler.....the GB142 is not the same as a standard boiler good luck.

OK- I am confused. I will be installing a GB 142/24 boiler and either a st-150 or s-120 tank. First, the GB manual says 11 GPM max flow rate through it's boiler. The ST-150 (40 gal)says it needs 15.9 GPM-something doesn't jive there? My supply house is saying I have to go with a Taco 0011. Is this correct? Now looking at the literature for the S-120 (32 gal)tank, it says use a Taco 007- I am confused. Can I get some advice? Is there a head loss table for the GB-142 available anywhere??? The 150 tank shows a lower head loss at 15 GPM than the 120 tank-why a 0011??? I'm confused......0 -
0011
Yes they require the 0011 for the ST150 I guess they want max volume and fire for recovery.0 -
The manual does not say very much about the indirect piping-just where it hooks up to and how the setpoints work.0
